The Panhellenic Association (PHA) has an executive board elected by their peers who serve as a liaison between the 15 chapters, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life and the UNL community. As an organization, PHA is focused on empowering women to be strong and confident leaders through chapter development, leadership opportunities, service projects, networking, and much more. PHA’s goal is to ensure Panhellenic women have a meaningful collegiate experience and are able to make a difference in the community throughout their undergraduate career.
Panhellenic organizations recruit new members through two processes: the Primary Recruitment process which occurs each fall before the start of classes and the Informal Recruitment process which is ongoing throughout the school year.
Fourteen of the organizations have a chapter facility located near City campus. PHA works with the Interfraternity Council, Multicultural Greek Council and National Pan-Hellenic Council to further the fraternity and sorority mission at UNL and collaborates on events and recruiting members to our fraternity and sorority community.
